Opening third CARC center in Atiak.
We have overcome a huge storm, and re-built after a partial building collapse, and we are ready to open the doors and get this CARC going. Atiak is the last town in Uganda before you reach the Sudan border on the main road North. It suffered a major LRA attack during the troubled times, and is now ready for a season of rebuilding. We hope all the appropriate technologies we introduce will aid the community in seeing change come to the region.
