Educating Communities 

 
Harrison Serunkuma, a Connect Africa volunteer, received his CAWST Project Implementors Certificate earlier this year at our first BioSand Water Filter Training in February. Since then, Harrison has been faithfully sharing what he has learned with others educating communities on the use of BioSand Water Filters.

Water Sources 

This local water source is known to be contaminated and many residence complain of getting sick. Earlier this year many districts reported Cholera outbreaks, especially during the heavy rainy season.
